During production, some products may develop aesthetic imperfections: a slight stain, a less precise seam, a pocket that is slightly misaligned, or a minor finishing flaw. These details do not affect the quality, functionality, or safety of the product. The piece remains wearable and meets the same standards for protection and use.

Rather than setting these products aside or letting them go to waste, we have chosen to give them a second chance. Because we believe that a small aesthetic imperfection should never be a reason to waste a piece that still has a lot to offer.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Choose the product and size you are interested in, then send us your request. No payment is required at this stage.
2. Our team personally checks each piece and contacts you to explain exactly what the imperfection is, with some pictures for you to see.
You are then completely free to accept the piece as it is or decline the order. If you choose not to keep it, your order will simply be cancelled.
3. If you approve, simply click on the payment link in the email and proceed with the payment. Once your payment is confirmed, we will ship your order.
