These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made on the website www.ageofglorygarments.com, subject to the special conditions indicated in the product presentation.

ARTICLE 2: Essential characteristics of the products and services sold

The website www.ageofglorygarments.com sells clothing and accessories. The customer declares that he has read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order. The validation of your order is therefore valid for acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

ARTICLE 3: Prices

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including VAT (including taxes).

In case of an order delivered in a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the products he buys. For all products shipped out of overseas communities or the European Union, the invoice is based on the price excluding taxes. The customer is solely responsible for the declarations and payments of any customs duties or other taxes that may be payable in his country.

Delivery costs are not included in the price. The purchase order indicates the amount of the delivery costs before any order is placed.

ARTICLE 4: Product availability time

The available products appear on our site with the mention «available». In order to best meet our customers’ expectations, the availability of our products is regularly updated on our website.

If you have ordered an unavailable product after the validation of your order, you will be informed immediately. We will cancel your purchase. If the amount has already been debited, you will be refunded immediately.

ARTICLE 5: Ordering

You can order our products directly from our website.

To place an order on our site, choose your items and add them to your cart. Validate the contents of your cart.

If you already have a customer account on our site, please login.
If you do not have a customer account on our site, please create one.
Check the “payment” box to honor your order online.
Choose your method of payment and check the “Acceptance of CGV” box.

Validate your payment.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order on the email address you provided when creating your customer account.

Check the details and the total amount of your order. Correct any errors before any acceptance.

The transfer of ownership of the product will take place only upon full payment of your order.

ARTICLE 6: Delivery

For France, we offer only one type of delivery, namely Colissimo, whose price varies according to the weight of your overall purchase (calculation in the basket). Delivery in 48h (order processing between 24/48h).
For Europe, we offer several delivery methods. They vary depending on the characteristics of the purchased product and the country of destination. Available deliveries are Colissimo, Fedex, DHL or UPS. Delivery costs vary depending on the type of delivery (from 5 to 7 working days for Europe).
For other countries we offer several delivery methods. They vary depending on the characteristics of the purchased product and the country of destination. Available deliveries are Colissimo, Fedex, DHL or UPS. Delivery costs vary depending on the type of delivery (from 7 to 15 working days – depending on transit time and custom checking). Be aware that you will possibly be taxed with VAT or custom fees when the parcel will reach your country.

Before validating your purchase, you will have an evaluation of the delivery costs.

We process orders in 24/48 hours (working days). Delivery times are given as an indication. They may change due to different factors such as our carrier’s availability, order processing, etc…

ARTICLE 7: Terms of Payment

Several methods of payment are accepted. As a customer, you have the possibility to pay by: Paypal (also accepting the bank card), credit card and transfer.

We require full payment of the order.

ARTICLE 8: Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal to exercise within seven working days of receipt of the article. You do not have to justify or pay any penalties, apart from the return costs;

NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, whether for the exercise of the right of withdrawal or any other reason.

The goods must be returned to the following address, the return costs being at your expense: Age of Glory – Retour, 125 rue de ponterle 69290 Craponne France

For our returned product, In order to be marketable again, you undertake to send it back to us in its original packaging, with the labels and in perfect condition. Otherwise, the refund will be partial or impossible.

Sales product can not be returned or exchanged.

ARTICLE 9: Warranty and right of return of the product (hidden defect or defect)

You benefit from the legal guarantee of compliance and therefore from an application of article L211-4 of the French Consumer Code which provides that:

“The seller is required to deliver a good in accordance with the contract and is liable for any non-conformities existing at the time of delivery.”

The warranty does not apply in case of misuse of the product.

ARTICLE 10: Conditions and Repayment Periods

The refund of the products is complete. It is done by bank transfer or Paypal as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal.

ARTICLE 12: Intellectual Property

All comments, images, illustrations of our site are exclusively reserved to us. Under intellectual property and copyright, any use is prohibited except for private use. Without prior authorization, any reproduction of our site, whether partial or total, is strictly prohibited.

ARTICLE 13: Liability

In accordance with Article 1147 of the Civil Code, we assume our contractual liability to you as of right in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded.

However, our contractual liability cannot be incurred in the following situations:

case of force majeure;
a foreign fact that cannot be attributable to us;
The images of the products on our site have no contractual value and therefore cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 14: Personal data

Certain information about the customer will be sent to the seller (last name, first name, address, postal code and telephone number) to enable the processing and delivery of the ordered products.

The site ensures to the customer the collection and processing of personal information in the respect of the privacy in accordance with the law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 relative to IT, files and freedoms.

Under Articles 39 and 40 of the Law dated 6 January 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition of his personal data. The customer exercises this right via:

At Age of Glory we want our customers to be satisfied with their shopping experience and that they can also tell other customers about it. Therefore we may send to the buyer an email to give them the possibility to review their purchase. Free to them to answer or not.

ARTICLE 16: Jurisdiction and applicable law

In case of dispute between the consumer customer and our company, the applicable law is the French law. The French courts have sole jurisdiction to decide the dispute.
